Inside Sales Manager
This role will be responsible for managing the inside sales team, tactical customer account activity and will focus heavily on driving business for AirAdvice products.
Qualifications:
- Must have successful experience managing an inside sales force preferably with prior individual sales contributor experience.
- A solid understanding of the mechanics of selling is required.
- Must have a persuasive, flexible, personality and be a self starter able to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
- The candidate will have a strong tactical mindset with his/her eye on overall corporate objectives.
- Demonstrated financial experience around forecasting, budgeting, and reporting sales efforts.
- Experience working with internal teams to define competitive market trends and develop new opportunities.
- Must be an excellent communicator with a winning record of presenting and evangelizing ideas and proposals to internal and external audiences.
- Proven ability to roll up the sleeves and contribute in a team environment and motivate teams.
- Start up experience will be a plus.
